Privacy Policy
The financial privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Modernization Act (GLB Act) of 1999 and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s Privacy Rule and Safeguards Rule requires companies to give consumers privacy notices that explain their information-sharing practices.
Alliance Financing Mortgage, Corporation (AFMC), for verification purposes, collects information concerning a borrower(s):
employment history and dates, title(s), income, hours worked, etc.,
bank (checking and savings) accounts of record,
mortgage loan rating, (opening date, high credit, payment amount, loan balance and payment, and
any information deemed necessary in connection with consumer credit report for a real estate transaction. This information is for the confidential use of this lender in compiling a mortgage loan credit report.
AFMC cares about the security of its customer’s personal information, strives to protect and manage customer data, and adheres to a comprehensive security program to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
Consumers are entitled to receive a privacy notice not later than when submitting an application for a residential mortgage loan either online, by telephone, by mail, or in person.
Consumers acknowledge receipt of the above website notice as a necessary part of a loan application.
